This is one of a waste app available in AppStore, I heard most of the new movies are bought by aha and subscribed for this channel but since I took this (April2021), there are so many performance issues, initially thought this is a new app so excepted few bugs but it is still continuing for almost an year. Main issues: 1) the app logs out automatically from your device if it’s not used for 10 days 2) the app freezes in between and doesn’t respond. Ex: you try to play something and it doesn’t work, I literally watched 11hr series after 2months of its release, it keeps loading everytime but doesn’t load up. 3) Though the mobile version works properly, same time the tv version logouts from all the devices, again something related to point number FYI: every-time I contact the support, they ask me to check the version updated to make sure I’m on latest version, agreed these are the basic checks, but I don’t see any latest version in my AppStore (mobile) or webOS (andriod tv) which means I am running on a latest version, kindly don’t ask us to perform the same actions again and again. Lastly: since the app isn’t working properly, I thought of doing the log out and login again but when I clicked on log out, it only loads but doesn’t show up anything for almost 15mins, since log out is also nt working I had switch to other ott instantly. The app is very cheaply made. It is not as fluid as the other OTT platforms. Doesn’t even support landscape mode in the Home Screen. There is no way to browse the content easily, the content shown on the main screen is far too less from what the library holds. We should be able to browse the entire library with the help of couple of filters. Even after paying a premium there isn’t a UHD 4K option for content, most content by default starts at 480p ish at the start and picks up. Does not have the capability to store and resume from where you left, always fails to automatically go to the left portions. Their Samsung TV app is even more woefully pathetic, looks like some part timers have been hired for the app development or may be some incompetent lot. Good that they made version 2.0. The first version was probably a D grade or even F grade app. Atleast try to give a filter by year for movies and some filters like Tamil dubbed Malayalam Dubbed for easier searching and finding content. We don’t expect you to be at Netflix level. Atleast be at SonyLiv level if not Prime. When you take a European subscription technically it should work in India cause all the European content is licensed for India too and not vice versa, but doesn’t. You have to take an Indian membership after spending the euros. The list is long, but have fun with this if you can.

I had a very disappointing experience with your subscription service. For several days, I tried to renew my subscription from my own account. You kept showing attractive offer plans, but every time I tried to pay, I got the error: “Current plan is not required for your account.” Fine, I thought maybe the offer wasn’t applicable, so I tried paying the regular price. Even that failed with a generic “We’re sorry” error. If my account isn’t eligible, don’t show me those offers in the first place. And if there’s an issue with my account, provide a proper explanation instead of vague error messages. What is even more frustrating is that I had to use my husband’s number to subscribe, and it worked instantly on the first attempt. So clearly, the problem was with your system, not my payment or device. This was a frustrating and confusing experience. Please fix your subscription system and provide clear error messages instead of making loyal users waste their time.
