Fight the social media algorithms and win back control over your social media usage & your subconsciousness!
“one sec” forces you to take a deep breath whenever you open one of the configured websites or apps (Twitter, YouTube, Reddit, Instagram,…). This breaks unconcious social media habits short-term (literally, as soon as you have set it up) and even helps long-term by adding more friction when opening these websites and apps.
Mindfulness is a state of active, open attention on the present: Did you really want to open Instagram?
This app helps you to reflect your actions, thoughts, and feelings; disrupting harmful social media habits with mindfulness.

Thanks a lot for using the Mac version of one sec.
If you like our app & our continuous work, it would help a lot if you could write us a review on the Mac App Store.
Thank you!
