I play this game for half year now. But since i got the latest update i cant start any dungeon, because always crashes after preparation. I really hope they fix this problem soon.

Great game but it downloads 4GB every day

I played this game about a few week and long ago for a longer time. I always loved this game aesthetic and gameplay system. It is really enjoyable and with frequent updates and events it is fun to play in your spare time without it getting boring. The only issue I experienced is while I play this game on IOS every day when I want to log in for the first time a 4GB update needs to be downloaded. It’s really annoying especially when you’d have a little time to play and kill time with it then because of this 4GB update takes around 10-15 minutes to download on a stable network connection you need to do something else instead playing. It is a concerning issue which needs to fixed as soon as possible cause I can see that some player would quit because of this annoying thing.

I have played for a while. Recently I got a new phone so I had to log into my account. That where the problems began. I tried to log in, but I deleted my email that I binded to my account. It didn’t work, it said that I have to make contact with costumer support. I did, they weren’t any help. I sent them all the information and they’re said that I need to send them a screenshot of my one and only purchase. When I got this email I already sent them this screenshot. I don’t what to do anymore.
