In general, I really like this app. It’s useful when you are not a seasoned hiker. I like the interface design, community feature is great but honestly very rarely see people use it. Reviews of trails are usually nicely detailed, and you can make out whether a trail is okay for you by the info + reviews. One issue I have is that when there’s a disconnection, very nicely the app resumes your place (which would be good). However, I really wouldn't mind some kind of attention check (eg a ding or a noise or something) when this happens because I don’t look at my phone non-stop on a trail. So then I just go on without noticing the disconnect and have to resume manually once I finally realise. But by then I have passed on with the trail without it counting. Regardless, I think in its current version the app is smoothly working, and it’s pretty great.

It is absolutely our mistake, that we did not cancel the trial period (which is actually quite short considering the length of the subscription length amd price).Still, we think it is a more than disgusting business approach, letting people start discovering the trails during a holiday and then trapping them for 1 YEAR within the same holiday period, when an app, which in the given case happens to be useless for the family, draws marginal attention.By law and cold logic, you are right. So you have got the money…and now our reward also.
