Basically it would be a really good service application to find who is looked for by you. During this time, you don’t have to be afraid about undesirable people could reach you: the communication was possible if both of you liked each other (push other’s profile to right).BUT! The chat is time2time sutter. Many times, I got undesirable profiles; under the acceptable age of mine, and out the distance limit, there I chose in settings. I payed months cost, for additional functions... but sometimes there disappeared for a time or the daily options missed... There is a function that you have 10 options/offered user, who is in your preferences, and their profiles are higher number of like... and you can choose one of all. But there were 9 many times.Sometimes the user’s pictures couldn’t be visible. Other times, the match list was silly... the chat function is totally junk...And now, TINDER started to give extra options for money: f.e. Who pay, doesn’t need match to drop a line to the other... after this time, they killed the function of match... many user are SPAM-ed with undesirable messages again, like in other similar applications.And all of the above situation are happened when I was VIP user (financed function): nothing for your money!I am really unsatisfied, disillusioned and disappointed. 😥

Dear reader,Before you read this review I will try to be as impartial as possible. The results tinder premium get me can be because of multiple factors and I might be biased but my analyze of how the app interface is designed and how their algorithm functions is not. First. They place the arrow that opens a profile dangerously close to the boost button on the bottom right of the profile and I am sure most of you guys used it without intending to and also, it seems this is not a mistake as this problem is on iOS. The most popular devices. 2nd, the algorithm is tailored in such way that if there are no profiles around you that are currently using tinder to see it while you accidentally boosted, then the algorithm throws your profile in a wider range of people who are hundreds of kilometers away sometimes thousands. I don’t care if those ones are boasting themselves. My range is usually 10 km in a city with more than 2 million people. So when they do this, they just want you to get some matches so they come out with a clean sheet because I boasted at 8am in the morning and the algorithm knows 2-5% of the daily active users are online at that moment. Therefore the combination of these factors are toxic and detrimental for maximizing the value I expect from this app. I suggested placing the arrow that opens up a profile higher in the bottom right corner so this issue doesn’t happen. But I have a feeling is done on purpose as the algorithm knows what to do in these sort of situations. Shame and 1 star!

It's basically designed to empty your pocket and get you nothing in return. Once you paid the yearly subscription, you're disposable and they ban you without reason if you've always had positive, friendly conversations with everyone, respected everyone. They have so many hidden terms that no one can comply them for more than a few months. Like I accidentally mentioned another app's name in one chat, not knowing this was a sin, boom, I'm banned for life without even a warning, no 2nd chance, no empathy, no "we can all make mistakes" approach, just the ban without explanation. Everyone will be banned eventually, usually a few weeks or months after you've paid a larger amount for subscription. There's no way to contact them or let alone reach a human who would act like a real human and reconsider a ban. They won't refund you either. They keep a monopoly and keep our human right to meet others in their greedy hands, exploiting us for profit, instead of helping humanity to reach happiness through dating, they make us decline and go extinct. It's just a tragedy playing out slowly with no one able to fight these money hungry behemots. Lots of fake profiles too, and a lot of women use it as a primary source of revenue instead of genuine dating, yet moderators don't ban those users because their photos attract paying users.

Dear developers team,It could be good if you would add filtering option to the menu with the likes. I have tinder Gold which gives me an option to see who likes me, however for now I don’t find this option very useful for me because of two reasons: 1. Since I have more than 8 thousands likes - it’s physically not possible to check all of them without filtering. 2. Even if I begin to scroll this list of 8k likes - and I checked couple of hundreds profiles in couple of hours - and then I simply open my another window in my iphone and then back to tinder same window with 8k likes - then I again see the list of 8k from the beginning (from the top), and it means all that job I’ve done to scroll over 300 profiles i have to repeat again. And this kind of frustration. I believe this option in tinder Gold - added possibility to see who liked the user could be very useful if you could make this option more flexible and adaptive for the users who paid for it.Thank you very much in advance for your time to read it!

If you buy Tinder Gold or Plus the app will shadow ban you - aka you won’t get any more matches. You will be forced to pay for Tinder Boost each time you want to get a couple matches. There’s no way out other than deleting the app from there. The whole company is a scam. I’ve seen this happen to me as well as multiple friends. Tldr you can use the app for free but don’t pay for anything as they will see that they can upsell you and they will limit your matches so you buy more of their stuff.

When setting up my profile, and writing my age, I accidentally typed the year that it was when registering rather than the year of my birth. It banned me because it thought I was a baby and then told me to come back when I was eighteen. Then when I used the age verification tool, I submitted my California driver’s license which I used with an international license to drive where I live- in Budapest. It rejected it and maintained the ban. When I got a Hungarian driver’s license two years later and tried to prove my age woth the age verification process it rejected it again. I told the help center and they said that if I already tried to prove my age once and it rejected it, I can’t try again. They said that “ you will continue to be locked out of the app until you turn 18.” I’m 42. So I have to wait 16 years more until I can try to ise this app again. What a joke.

Wish I could rate this 0 instead. The algorithm is terrible, the app crashes every 10-15 mins and you get locked out of your own account for no reason despite doing the face scan madness this app “requires for safety reasons” then you get to wait however long they please. I travel a lot and when I came to a different country I saw I was locked out again but I’d gotten a new number so I tried making a new account but then while I was completing it I was turned back to the sign in page. Okay, I thought, I’ll do the thing again and the same thing happened. Then I tried registering with my apple account and another 20 mins I spent setting it up was completely wasted as well due to another random popup error message…What a waste of time. Never using this app again. Absolutely do not recommend.

the app is broken so many times, you swipe someone left or right and after the app restart they appear again!!!!!! same person. why? (no she didnt re registered in 10 seconds) I wrote to the support and I sent them the screenshot.They wrote back my account is banned which is ofc not true because I can login, I can write I can swipe! So they sent me another persons account status in the support mail!!!After that I told them they're incorrect and I try to delete my account and still doesnt work I sent the picture of it 3 time!!! and they sent back a template email how to delete an account. By far the worst support in application history!!!!!! And I'm paying for thr subscription and cant delete my account! this is simply FRAUD!

So, basically Tinder gives less and less with every update. You can not see poeple who like you, unless you pay. You can’t swipe right more than around 35 people per day, unless you pay. Even if you pay for gold subscription you get less super likes than ever before and now I think there is no boost involved. On top of that you can’t even see the time you have left before you can start swiping again. So, at this point, unless you are really hot(which I’m not 😃), it’s just a rip off without the app’s intention to actually help you meet the person who you would be a good match with. Tinder’s function as a matchmaker application is failed.

Dear Developers,If I’m using the app for a while this problem always comes up. I constantly have to redo my profile to be able to held a converstation.My messages are not going through, and always showing me it’s not sent or not even showing I sent any.After like 5 trying maybe I’ll see it send one time maybe it will show the other person I sent the same message 4 times. It’s annoying. It’s time consuming to try and have a converstation. Lot’s of my match end up me not being able to respond, because I don’t have the time to try and send all the messages again and again…
