I'm giving this app 4⭐️ for now, because I just registered and used it once. Installation process and registering were extremely easy, quick and user friendly so 5⭐️ for that. As far as I've seen, it should help me use my tumbler dryer to its maximum potential, with a very detailed explanation od each program available, energy saving recommendations and overall, just easy navigation. Loving it so far. ☺️

No autodosing

Hi,I’ve purchased the new Candy washer&dryer BWSD 6106B8-S which has capability of auto dosing liquid detergent and fabric softener. When using built-in programs via the interface of the machine I have the ability to change the auto dosing on or off. But when using the machine via HoN app, all the programs ignore auto dosing and take the water in via manual dosing also known as powdered detergent compartment in the detergent drawer. Also, the machine is not weighting the load and setting the time of washing accordingly at the start off the cycle as it is with its built-in programs that are used via machines interface. Can you please fix this issue? Thank you.

Delay star doesn’t work after update

Very bad app, I heard bad things from others, but I really didn’t expect it to be so bad. Since couple of update, delayed start is completely broken. No matter whether I set “Finish at” or “Start at”, it always show that it will start 1 minute before planned end time, basically it tries to wash for 1 minute. I bough my specific washer so I can control it via wifi, and not that doesn’t work, making my new washer super expensive dumb washer. Not to mention that almost every update I have to sign in again, and my old password doesn’t work. Also UX of the app and performance are just horrific

I’ve been using it for 3 home appliances and it works well. Sometimes troubles connecting but for sure it serves the purpose. One thing that annoys me is that I keep marking “Don’t show this message again” for one particular feature of washing machine and that message keeps popping up every time I use the app
