Hi! I really love Genshin Impact and give it 5 stars. It is so great and fun to play. But i have two problems.. First one is that I just came to Inazuma and some things are just black. Like some stone walls and some parts of the sky. It annoys me so could you please tell me how to fix it? The second is that i play on my Ipad and every little while my game crashes which is annoying because it interrupts me in talking with other people, playing with friends on Co-Op and other things… Please tell me how to fix it, thanks!

I have been playing Genshin for over two years already and I’ve been through the era of Sumeru characters getting whitewashed. It’s really bad that the only characters with darker skin in Sumeru were NPC enemies, and their designs are beautiful but it’s bad that only they have darker skin in the game. Now please be respectful to the people whose culture you are taking inspiration from. POC and generally characters with darker skin NEED to be put into the game. I don’t care the studio is from China, if you can do it at least partially in your other games, you can definitely do it in your most popular INTERNATIONAL game where everyone is demanding it, legit just give us the melanin at least if you’re going to stay greedy with the primogems and “gifts”. I wanted to buy more Welkins at least whenever I don’t buy gems, but I will not be giving any more money to a company this disrespectful to its community.

I've been a player since the beginning. 6 years of playing the game every day, several times a day. I would never recommend it to anybody. It does NOT care for its player base, and sometimes even goes directly against the wishes of the majority just to please gooner slop loving whales. Majority of the rewards people used to get from exploration are nowadays locked behind endgame content that not everybody can clear (and I say that as somebody who has been around since the beginning, and has spent quite a bit of money on the game). The story is not of consistent quality, one patch it's good, in the next it's absolute garbage (not in terms of what happens, but in terms of how it is written and presented). Many quality of life features found in other hoyoverse games are NOT in genshin, despite it being their most popular game, and it being 6 years old. Do better.

I’m writing this because I love the game and want it to get better

We DESPERATELY need some things to change. This game doesn’t respect players’ time, and it shows….Here are some suggestions: a skip button for ALL dialogue, resin reserves so we can farm longer when we have the time and save it when we don’t, more endgame content, no restrictions for weekly boss farming (let us farm the same weekly boss 3 times in a row instead of just once), and a more efficient expedition system so we can at least accumulate mora passively. I’m not as broke in any gacha game I actively play as I am in Genshin — CONSTANTLY.And this is just to name a few. There are sooo many more changes you could implement; just listen to your player base!One thing that literally makes no sense to me is this: why would you create a whole regional battle mechanic — namely Lunar Reactions — and make them exclusive to 5-star characters!? Why can’t any 4-star characters trigger them, while 5-stars can? At least give us a 5 star character for free that can trigger such reactions and make them standard so anyone can obtain them or make viable 4 stars that do the same thing.
