This is worst service l ever experience, trying to connect my washer to this app for two years, today l got message that my router is not performing well.)) Very sad...

First off, I haven’t been able to connect to the app in the last 2 years 👏🏻. Secondly I’d like to use this opportunity to warn people against buying a SAMSUNG TV, don’t do it. Literally 2 months after the warranty expired, the monitor malfunctioned and the tv was basically useless (unless I pay for a new monitor, which would cost me almost the worth of the tv itself). I have called multiple service providers, all of whom told me this was a usual issues with Samsung tvs and advised me not to buy them.In short, if you are looking for a quality tv, avoid Samsung at all costs

Managing devices is very slow due to very high latency. This makes the app unusable, especially when the internet connection is gone.The app should be able to control TV and A/C directly via Wi-Fi, without the need for internet connection.

There’s no reason a washing machine should concern itself with my email being privacy focused (DuckDuckGo), yet this app won’t let you open an account with such an email. The only reason for that would be privacy invasion and I don’t consider that a rational move just so I can connect my washing machine to my app. Shame on you.

After last update, we lost the function options for our air conditioning. Where did the wind free option go?

For a year now I’m trying to connect my Samsung to this app and it doesn’t work. It’s refusing yo do the last step. Tried over my Wi-Fi network, over my personal hotspot, did all the troubleshooting that is provided and nothing happens. Deleting this app for the third and last time. Goodbye! 🤬

I can't log in on iPhone 12

Absolute garbage. Trying to log in but app tells me I used google to log in using my email, however there is no option to log in via google so there is absolutely no way to log into this app using my existing account.

Very limited number of options for Samsung heat pump. So limited that there is not even a room temperature view in the app. Event scheduling, setting a certain temperature at certain time intervals, does not exist at all.
