HSBC Expat offering higher interest rate accounts, but only available via online form, which they claim they can open account in 3 days; However, after one week of sumbit the form online, seems no one follow up and my fund still sitting in lower interest rate accounts, DON'T KNOW WHY THEY DON'T LET CUSTOMER DO THIS VIA THEIR APP FOR INSTANT ACCOUNT OPENING!?
