Studio app nonfunctional

The app was ok until I had requested for about 400 questions of a chapter I had read. The studio has been nonfunctional since then.Unable to get reports , quizzes or audios. Initially thought it had a 24 hour reset however seems that is not the case. How do I fix this now ?
