My Artist Feature has been banned on my account for almost 3 years, and despite opening numerous support tickets, the issue has never been resolved. I have tried repeatedly to get help, but I keep receiving no proper solution or explanation.As a music artist and creator, this feature is very important for my work and my ability to connect with my audience. It is frustrating to have an issue remain unresolved for such a long time while continuously trying to get support.I hope TikTok Support can review my account properly and provide a clear explanation or solution. Creators and artists deserve better support when they face account-related issues.

Dear TikTok we have been having this issue for some time and we found a way to deal with it but you took that option off which is now causing a lot of problems for everyone. The issue is the fact that banned accounts by your company has the option to still be among our friends list there by increasing the following number up I checked with a third party app and I found out that out of the 7182 following 4678 are all banned accounts I can’t remove them cause they are alot we had the option of typing user then we see them and remove them but you took it off now there is no other way to remove them and they are stacking up you know that when you hit 10k following you can’t follow anyone anymore meaning you have to remove your friends to add new ones and it’s bad please give us an updated option that will enable us to see all the banned accounts and unfollow them so we can get more room to add friends then Also we need a notification for when people unfollow us without any reason the same way we get notifications when people follow us so we can also unfollow them immediately cos some people are just mean on social media. Thank you

I really enjoy using this app it’s excellent but my problem is with the reporting of videos. because some people know when they report a video it will be taken down so they intentionally report videos when they see its going viral please can you do something about this🙏 can you put a policy where if a video hits certain views it’s can’t be taken out and again can you please put a policy where one can have a limit on reporting peoples videos because some people are abusing this policy and breaking our heart with this reporting staff thank you 🙏🙏🙏

Tiktok is a good app, it’s soo entertaining, and educating. One can never be sad on tiktok. But the only thing that if tiktok does for its users is that they should push everyone video, please acknowledge the efforts of the small accounts so that they can also grown. Believe me they are good contents out there but they don’t get enough push/publicity to get there. I’m hoping tiktok will take this comment into consideration and support the small account like ours as well to enable us grown.
