Telegram is a great app. It’s so reliable and I love the fact that you can download and upload any media of any size. The only reason telegram isn’t par to perfection is its inability to maintain download speed or otherwise keep downloading media after the app has been exited or minimized. It’s just so frustrating. You have to literally keep your phone on the whole time your download is being processed and it drains a considerably huge amount of battery life and also heats up the phone. I’m sure I’m not the only one experiencing this and we’d love it if the developers would look into it and fix it up please. Thank you😊

Unlike in a where one can delete an unwanted , In channel’s one can’t…you will always get this a feedback: ‘ if you want to save space in your device, you don’t have delete anything.’ Well noted - but who said one like to save space ? Even if one can delete unwanted media or post from channel , you should be descent enough to be able to block him/her from see that post on the channel as well as other channels , upon him/her affirming to that in a pop up. It also obvious that one delete personal conversations at both ends & any point time… even if, at least delete for everyone shouldn’t avail on personal chats after some hours or days….. THIS IS PRIMARILY REASON WHATSAPP WILL ALWAYS BE OVER YOU. As times emerges countries will continue to band TELEGRAM & people will hate you for luck of references seek, In effect as ABCD joins 1,2 or 3 leaving TELEGRAM every time.”

The app is genuinely good but my problem is ‘the banned without notice’. I don’t really understand why you can banned a user without his/her notice. At least you should provide reasons or caution the user to back off from whatever he/she is doing. Downloading too is very slow especially when your screen is off. Keeping your screen on is the only option to keep your downloads going which drains battery as well. I like the app though but then the mentioned problems are the only thing keeping the app from reaching it maximum potentials 😇

The App is great and I love it alot. The only problem have been facing is during download I have to keep the app interface on, meaning if I minimize it the download seems to literally pause, it can take the whole day (if app is minimized) and the download will never move until I open the app before it continues. It’s very frustrating. When ever am downloading I need to put the phone down with the app opened before it completes which is bad. Honestly I don’t know if am the only one experiencing this, pls help. Thanks, I luv the app 🔥

Telegram need to take a quick update about how to change your phone number on your telegram account! I got hacked and lost everything on my account because someone took my phone and used his phone number on the phone number changing buttons to hacked my account and became the owner of my own account. Telegram need to make changes to that part so that no one can change the number easily without being notified on their old number! This will help make the Telegram very secure and hard for hackers to get access to someone account! Thank you!

I don’t know how I’m gonna explain this part is getting way to explain. There’s a big problem of Telegram right now that if you change your phone phone you can’t get your account back when you put on your number they used to tell you should go back to your old phone and grab the messages there to reset your Telegram back to you and this is unbelievable because as soon as the phone I change the phone, how are you gonna get message from your old teragram that were using

I love telegram so much. It’s so much more than just a messaging app. I’d love it even more if we had the status feature like WhatsApp does. If we can swipe left to reply messages faster rather than long press on it, that’ll be great. Finally if we could download media and movies even when the page is closed or exited, that’ll make Telegram the best app ever. I still do recommend this to anyone though ❤️

I’ve always preferred Telegram to other apps because of its amazing features like adding comments to the channels and being able to send media no matter the size. But I’m been very disappointed these past few days. My number got banned and I resorted to messaging Telegram everywhere possible but no avail. It’s been over 72hrs and my emails haven’t even been acknowledged. If you’re going to ban an account and not even respond to help messages, at least send them an info prior to the banning so that the account would know what is going on. What happened to fairness?

Various users send messages to their contact lists about “photos in a certain link” and the next thing you know, they’ve been hacked! These users loose their chats and every important information they’ve kept on Telegram. Users have also complained that, their accounts are sending “pornography material” to their contact lists, while not having access to their account. Please look into this, it may cause you to lose credibility for many users! Thank you.I also send a message through the volunteer support chat.

My account @ seniorhigh_schoolzone1 is restricted and I don’t really know the real offense. I’ve never post any illegal contents and all of a sudden my account is restricted. Is that how restrictions is being done? There are a whole lot of scam groups and channels duping people out of their money but those account never get restricted or deleted. You guys always come for the real channels or groups that’s for fun and never duped anyone’s money or post any illegal contents. Which Moderators checked my account and confirmed I post illegal contents. This is so disheartening and painful. I’m really angry but what can I do, after all this isn’t my app or company. Peace.
