Zelzele now works beyond Türkiye. The earthquake list, map, statistics and notifications adapt to the country you choose in Settings.
WHAT'S NEW
- Earthquake data and notification support for countries outside Türkiye
- AI assessment is now written in the language your app is set to
- Guests can post comments and cast Felt or Not Felt votes
- A new Privacy section in Settings where you can view and change your ad tracking permission
- Pull to refresh on every screen, with a clear message whenever something goes wrong
IMPROVEMENTS
- Statistics now follow your selected country, data source and magnitude filter
- The heat map scales to the area where a quake can realistically be felt, drawn with soft edges
- Colour scale completed for magnitude 7 and above
- The interface moved to the system colour set, fully consistent in dark mode and with accessibility settings
- Excessive zooming on the map and list is gone, the view stays steady when you select a quake
- The detail card lines up correctly in every language
FIXES
- Resolved an issue that hid the current day's earthquakes on the USGS and EMSC sources
- Notification preferences no longer reset when you switch the data source
- Changing or withdrawing your vote works again
- When the AI analysis cannot be loaded you now see an error message and a retry option
- Old data is no longer presented as current while the connection is down
- Stability and performance improvements
