Find the best time to meditate

An app that shows the best period to meditate based on solar elevation. The app calculates the perfect meditation periods for each day using an algorithm. An alarm can be set off once each meditation period is reached to remind you. All meditations include prostration and bowing driven by ASMR sensation to deliver an electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) to the scalp. Did you know that meditating at a specific period can boost your overall health? Based on the human circadian rhythm, there are periods when medication is more effective due to certain biological functions repeating every 24 hour cycle. The times these biological functions trigger are easily predicted from the sun’s position in the sky. For example, at a matutinal period when the sun is rising, the stress hormone called cortisol is elevated, especially on workdays. Overcoming this stressful experience early is important before it adds up every hour and day. Therefore, meditating at the matutinal period offsets the stress hormone. However, at noon when the sun is at its highest elevation and later falls, another phenomenon called afternoon slump happens which depletes energy. To counter afternoon slump, meditation is needed again. Now that you know the link between the circadian rhythm and solar elevation, keeping track of these special periods based on the sun can be tedious as they align with solar events. Here is where this app helps. The app shows these important periods on various types of charts. The type of charts are listed below. Line chart Pie chart Gantt chart Each chart shows the sun from a different perspective, adding extra or isolating certain details. To further help distinguish the periods, they are color coded with each period holding its own name as follows. Matutinal (Blue) Diurnal (Green) Vespertine (Red) Nocturnal (Purple) Within these periods are color coded areas holding the time span for meditation. Each period is a well defined time where you can meditate for maximum effect. You can set an alarm at the beginning of each period to remind yourself to meditate. The recommended meditation is none other than ritual exercise powered by ASMR. It consists of two primary moves and two intermediary positions. The primary movements are simply prostration and bowing whereas the intermediary positions are standing and sitting. You alternate between the primary movements, holding the position for however long is desired to feel ASMR. Intermediary moves are for resting positions, they are not necessary but are supplemental if needed.
