All the content shown in screenshots including personalized plan, the technique video and personalized sessions need an auto-renewable subscription to access them. The free content is limited to the questions which need to be answered for building the personalized plan.

Users practice personalized daily sessions (as short as 5 minutes) involving vocal resonance exercises where they learn to produce low-frequency vibrations using the vocal cords. Users in our trial have reported that these vibrations help them feel calmer.
