crates, and an AI called Maude who bills by the token and roasts you for free.
Welcome to Vibe Coder Tycoon — the tycoon game about shipping an app to the
App Store, from inside an app on the App Store. Yes, we see the irony. No, we
won't stop.
BUILD THE THING
Pour tokens into your build and watch Maude cook. More tokens, better app —
but Maude runs on Claude-style limits: a 5-hour window and a weekly cap. Budget
like your rent depends on it. (It does. It's due on the 28th.)
SHIP THE THING
Pick a category. Set an App Store price — or go free with ads and let volume
do the talking. Your app launches overnight, because Maude doesn't sleep.
Then the reviews start.
SURVIVE THE THING
Every day brings downloads, revenue, bug reports, and one-star reviews from
users named certified_h8r. Fix the bugs or ignore them — your rating remembers
either way. Raise your price and the internet will absolutely let you know how
it feels.
PROMOTE THE THING (RESPONSIBLY. OR NOT.)
Spam subreddits for free. Buy a Times Square billboard for an hour. Send memes
into the void through MAUDE LABS and pray for containment breach. Every channel
rolls flop, mid, or viral — and Maude has a line ready for each.
