This update introduces favorites for both vehicles and equipment, making it easier to find and filter the items you use most. Administrators can now also filter the trip list to show only their own trips. In addition, we have improved the fleet map, simplified the display of vehicle information, and fixed several issues. Together with a range of smaller improvements, this provides a more intuitive and user-friendly experience.

This version introduces filtering and sorting in the vehicle list, providing better overview and easier navigation. In addition, zoom functionality has been added to the preview of images and documents. Release notes are now available directly in the app, making it easy for users to stay up to date with new features, improvements, and bug fixes. Users without automatic updates will now receive a notification when a new version is available, allowing them to update easily.

This update improves the handling of images and documents for both assets and vehicles, including the ability to add, edit, delete, and preview files. New fields and enhancements, such as Last Communication and animation when updating the fleet map, make information more accessible and easy to understand. In addition, there are new user settings and a FAQ section that make it easier to get help without contacting support.

You can now control which departments can see a piece of equipment using the new “Visible to department” field, and the old card reader function is back, allowing you to easily register as a driver on trips.

Several useful improvements have been made in the ViaTracks app. You can now search for serial numbers in the equipment list, and you will receive push notifications when something important happens (which notifications you get are managed in the settings on ViaTracks Web). In addition, users who only have access to their own trips can no longer change the driver on a trip. Several errors have also been fixed, especially related to locations in the standby module.

This version includes several improvements to trips, assets, and the fleet map. You can now select multiple trips at once, search for trips, and delete equipment you no longer need. The fleet map can be updated manually to show the vehicle’s current position. In addition, the user experience has been improved with clearer feedback when access rights are missing and a new option to set a user status.
