• Predictions and nests are now saved when you go back, as long as you have given them a name. No more losing one by leaving the form. • Online Sync now shows three separate lines: the server connection, when your tag data was last sent, and when data last arrived from another device. • Sharing is confirmed by the server instead of assumed, and tag data that does not get through is resent until it does. • Minor fixes and improvements.

• A running prediction now shows its time and distance right in the list, with Stop and Reset in the row. After a reset you can start it again from there too, without reopening the form. • Editing a prediction or nest now saves when you go back, instead of only when you use the save action. • The save action now takes you to the item on the map, while back returns you to the list you came from. • Trailing icons only move to their own row at larger text sizes, so lists stay compact at normal sizes. • Minor fixes and improvements.

• The app now follows your system font size properly. • The map now fills the whole screen, with your tags on a panel you drag up from the bottom. • Drag the Tags bar to see more or less of the list, or tap it to step through. • The tag list and search results are translucent, so the map stays visible behind them.

• Sharing a nest now lets you choose where it goes: report it to the Meldpunt or Le Frelon, or send a link to other people. Reports are no longer sent automatically when you save a nest. • You now get a confirmation when a report is submitted, and a clear message when details are missing. • Fixed reports that could be silently dropped instead of reaching the Meldpunt. • Your name, email and phone are now checked as you type them in Settings. • Minor fixes and improvements.

Fixes for sharing nests with photos: • Sharing the same nest again no longer re-uploads its photos, so links stay stable and photos don't pile up when you open your own link. • A photo whose upload failed on a poor connection is retried the next time you share, instead of being left out of the link. • The "uploading photo" message now only appears when there is actually something to upload. • More reliable syncing over a flaky mobile connection. • Minor fixes and improvements.

More detail on your predictions: • Record the hornet's weight and the outside temperature when you add or edit a prediction. • Heavy hornets are now flagged as "probably queen" in the list, so standout catches are easy to spot. • Weight and temperature are included when you share a prediction. • Minor fixes and improvements.

Download maps for offline use: • Save any city, region or country and use the map with no connection, on both the street and satellite views. • Downloaded areas kick in automatically wherever you lose signal, no switching needed. • Manage your saved maps and free up space right from Settings.

Smoother, more reliable maps: • The map now remembers areas you've already viewed, so they load instantly, even on a weak connection. • Fixed a rare issue where parts of the map could stay blank until you zoomed out and back in. • Fixed a brief flicker of the wrong map when switching between satellite and street view.

• New: you can now share a location from Maps (or any app) directly into VespaFinder to create a prediction or nest. Just tap Share, choose VespaFinder, and hit Import. • After saving a shared location, the map jumps straight to it. • Added support for the newest Apple Maps links, so more shared locations are recognized automatically. • Improved compatibility with the latest version of iOS.

• Fixed: nest photos could disappear from saved nests. Improved tracking reliability over long sessions.

Fixed map popups (edit, share, and create menus) appearing off-screen when opened near the edge of the display. They now stay fully visible and centered. Fixed an issue where a tag that was switched off or out of range could still appear to update its last-seen time, making it look active when it wasn't. The last-seen time now only updates on a genuinely new signal, so a stale tag stays clearly stale.
