We've added the ability to mark a room as out-of-order (OOO). You can mark any room as OOO by tapping on the room from the Calendar, or from the Rooms screen (using the ... button). Once a room is marked OOO it will be removed from inventory across all channels (OTA and direct) and will be shown as OOO in the Calendar so you don't miss it.

We've added the ability to restrict OTA inventory from the calendar. So if you only want to send 1, 2, or even 0 more rooms to Expedia, Booking.com or any of the other OTAs for a particular day for a particular room type, you can now do that. Also, you can see rate history from the calendar as well. This allows you to see when and who updated a room type's rate for a particular day and what did the rate get changed to, which is helpful in diagnosing rate history changes. We've also made some bug fixes and various improvements.

We've added support for additional payment terminals, like the Stripe S710.

We've added a new feature in this release: Self Check-ins. This allows guests to receive an SMS with a link to start the check-in process, including scan their ID, authorize incidentals deposit, and sign the stay agreement in order to save time when they arrive at the property. Once they self check-in they'll just need their room key and be good to go. To use Self Check-ins you must have guest messaging enabled on your account. Also, guest messages now support MMS, so you can see any images or files your guests send via SMS. Coming soon will be the ability to send a guest an image or file as well. We've also fixed some bugs and made some various improvements.

We've added a brand new, more organized and comprehensive settings screen for admins and owners to manage and configure their property on Vacant.com. The settings pages are also now grouped and categorized. We've also added settings pages for Rate Plans, Surge Protection, Scheduled Messages, and a number of other new settings features. In addition, we also have a sneak peak at the upcoming features with Coming Soon pages as well, to get a sense of what features are on the way.

We've made improvements to how push notifications are handled when opening them from the Notification Center.

In some rare scenarios not all bookings were showing up in the calendar. We've fix that bug and also made a number of improvements so that calendar loads faster.

We've added another report to our Reports section, this time the Sources report which allows you to see a break down of number of rooms sold and revenue for each source that bookings come into your property. We've also updated some UI elements including the property settings menu, and a few other bug fixes and improvements.

In this version we've continued adding more reports to our new reports UI, this time adding a Total Revenue Report, allowing you to see a breakdown of your revenue numbers, as well as the Month to Date and Year to Date numbers as well. We've also added the ability to edit a room's daily rates when creating a walk-in reservation. Previously you would have to create the reservation with the off-the-shelf rate, and then go into the room and adjust the daily rates. Now you can adjust the rates before creating the reservation. We've also fixed some bugs and made other various improvements.

We have a massive new update with this latest release! We've completely redesigned and rebuilt our Reports section to include more data, more information, and more ability to filter across a wide range of date options, allowing you to really get a detailed sense of how your business is performing historically, today, and in the future. This release has a couple of new features and some bug fixes and improvements. - Added the ability to delete a Registration Card from a reservation. Do delete a registration card go to the Registration Cards screen from a reservation, swipe left on the card you want to delete, and tap "Delete". - When the `Min. stay` is greater than 1 on a particular day we now display it in the calendar for each room type's rate per day. - Fixed a bug when updating individual nigh rates on a booking room where the updated rates wouldn't immediately reflect on the open reservation.

In this update we've fixed some bugs related to DST in the United States, as well as a few others. We've also made some adjustments under the hood to improve the app's performance.

We've added a bunch of requested features in this update, specifically around managing multi-room reservations. Now, you'll be able to assign guests on the reservation to individual rooms. When doing a check-in on a reservation with multiple rooms, you'll be prompted to select which room you're checking in, collect a signature and ID card for each room individually, and select which guests are going to be occupying which room. Similarly, on check-out, you'll be able to check-out individual rooms rather than the entire booking, in case some guests leave before the rest of the party. In this release we've added a couple features and also fixed some bugs. - You can now have registration card signatures collected on your Stripe payment terminals in addition to the iPhone or iPad device itself. To configure this go to Property Settings > System and you'll see a new field for how you would like to collect signatures. - We've added support for a new channel: Agoda! - When a reservation comes in through the booking engine, or via an OTA and is "hotel collect", we will now check if the guest's name on the booking matches the credit card holder's name. If it doesn't, the system will add a new urgent note to the booking to let you know that it's something to investigate. You will see the note appear in the Today screen in red, to let you know it's urgent, and in the reservation itself. Once you've examined or contacted the guest about this mismatch you can go into the notes screen and tap "Mark as Completed" to let the system and your staff know that it's been dealt with.
