Unstuck now works on far more iPhones. Made-to-measure plans still need Apple Intelligence, but nothing else does any more. On any supported iPhone you can pick a ready-made plan for the things people avoid most, or write your own steps in a few seconds — and the voice coach walks you through them either way. Body doubling never needed a chip. Also in this update: • The home screen tells you what your iPhone can do straight away, instead of letting you find out after pressing the big hopeful button. • Switched Apple Intelligence on in Settings? Unstuck notices the moment you come back. • Leaving a focus session now clearly offers "Keep going", so a mis-tap can't end it. • Picking a suggestion no longer leaves the keyboard sitting on top of the button. • The coach no longer says hello twice at the start of a session. • The app opens on its own colour instead of a flash of white.
