Threads joins Undoomed. Open threads.com in a filtered view and switch off what pulls you in: the home feed, feed tabs, follow suggestions, search results, activity, profile posts, replies, and the prompt to continue in the Threads app. Eight filters, all optional.
New Home Screen widgets: open any network in one tap, and see today's usage at a glance.
Also in this update:
• You stay signed in after closing and reopening the app.
• Filters now apply from the very first page load, with no unfiltered flash.
• Instagram carousels no longer jump you out of the post you are reading.
• “Hide suggestions” no longer hides your Instagram stories.
• Facebook stays signed in when you reach it from the Instagram view.
• Reinstalling no longer resets the filters you had chosen.
• Share pop-ups no longer interrupt you.
• The screen only stays awake while something is really playing, so the app uses less battery.
• Steadier navigation and fewer interruptions across supported networks.
