Truck Pre Advice Dispatcher app is built for cooperative and trucking company dispatchers who coordinate truck movements into port and terminal facilities. Dispatchers can push pickup assignments directly to available drivers, complete with destination terminal, origin yard, and load notes, and monitor acceptance in real time with automatic release and reassignment if a driver doesn't respond. Once a trip is underway, the app provides live tracking with ETA, distance covered, and distance remaining, along with a timeline of key milestones from yard departure to terminal arrival.
