Full feature breakdown, screenshots, and the engine behind it all: trtplus.app
more • Featured Stacks - S-Tier Supps, Liver Support and Metabolic Support curated stacks can all be added to your protocol with one tap.
• Supplements - Your favorite supps can now be Quick Added to your protocol. Pre-loaded with staples from D3+K2 and creatine to fish oil, magnesium and NAC.
• Supplement Milestone Charting - Each supplement is plotted against its own pharmacokinetic milestones, like 25-OH-D storage for Vitamin D, muscle creatine and carnitine saturation, and membrane stores for Omega-3, so you can see when levels build toward steady state.
• Dose Responder Profile - Your responder type is modeled from your blood test timing, testosterone formulation and administration frequency. All three are normalized, then classified against bands calibrated on published dose-response data (Bhasin et al. 2001, Kaminetsky et al. 2015, 2019). Find it in the Dose Response section of your AI bloodwork report, with the full model documented in the Testosterone knowledge base under Responder Types.
• Testosterone Deep Dive - New sections in the Testosterone knowledge base cover natty levels and the age-related decline (Harman et al. 2001), diurnal rhythm versus flat TRT (Bremner et al. 1983), the injection swing from a classic 200 mg two-weekly study (Nankin 1987), lean mass by dose (Bhasin et al. 2001), SHBG binding affinity ranking (Dunn et al. 1981), androgenic balance as SHBG drops (Narinx et al. 2022), and how estrogen deficiency drives fat gain and lost libido (Finkelstein et al. 2013).
• Compound Database Updates - Testosterone Decanoate added. Community requested.
3.0 2 days ago
• Frequency Tuning - Detects when your peak-to-trough swing is higher than it needs to be and shows you how to smooth it. Adjusting how often you dose is often the quickest route to fewer peak-driven side effects — elevated hematocrit, and excess conversion to estrogen and DHT. Ester and cream aware: your PTF% is calculated for your exact dose, frequency and testosterone formulation, and the recommendation is the most practical schedule to meaningfully flatten the curve — set it in one tap.
• Discuss with your AI - Your bloodwork report can now continue the conversation. Tap Discuss with your AI to hand off the full analysis straight into ChatGPT, Gemini or Grok. It travels with a detailed prompt to provide context on the TRT Plus engine and methodology. Your assistant can answer real follow-up questions.
• Pharma GLP-1s, GH & hCG - Verified brands can now be added. Tap Pharmaceutical product to search by product name — Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Genotropin, Norditropin, Humatrope, Pregnyl, Novarel, Ovidrel, and more. The concentration is filled in from the manufacturer's regulatory label. Community requested.
• Compound Database Updates - Minoxidil added to TRT Ancillaries, Accutane added to Advanced. Community requested.
• GH-Equivalent Index - Your IGF-1 now translates into an estimated daily Growth Hormone output expressed in IU. The model maps your reading along an IGF-1-to-GH response curve calibrated against published dose-response data and saturating response (Ghigo et al. 1999, Janssen et al. 1997). It's a common currency: see how much headroom your own production leaves for added GH, read what a peptide like CJC/Ipamorelin is buying you, or check how an exogenous GH dose compares to what your IGF-1 actually converts to.
• Free T Method Advisor - The My Free T calculator now reads your Total T and SHBG and recommends the estimation method best matched to your bloodwork. The common models each hold up only within the range they were built for: Vermeulen in the normal physiological range, Södergård as a high-end estimate, Zakharov where SHBG saturates at supraphysiologic testosterone. When your levels sit outside where your current method is reliable, you'll be prompted to switch to the one that actually fits your profile. Upgrade methods in one tap for a more accurate Free T.
• Bloodwork Tiers - "Optimal" was doing too much. Your bloodwork now scores against four tiers, so each marker says what it means. Optimal — lower or controlled is better. TRT Calibrated — the dialed-in range for someone on TRT, above standard ranges by design. Enhanced — supraphysiologic, a performance choice rather than a health optimum. Tolerated — carries some intrinsic risk, accepted and monitored because surrounding markers are low-risk.
2.9 9 Aug
• Dose Titration - Ramping and tapering plans can now be set for any compound. Define a target, timeframe, and adjustment frequency — the app builds a dated week-by-week plan and automatically adjusts on schedule. Re-open the plan at any time to see completed, current, and upcoming steps. Community requested.
• Today Progress Bar - A live dose tracker showing how many compounds have been taken and how many remain, with a progress bar that fills as you go.
• Engine Schematic - The My Biomarkers knowledge base now includes a visual map of the full scoring engine, showing how each biomarker feeds into and relates to the others across the cardiovascular, hormonal, and metabolic systems.
• Compound Detail Strip - A live inventory countdown shows days remaining with color-coded urgency, and active Ramping or Tapering plans are summarized at a glance at the bottom of each compound card.
• Nebido Support - Testosterone Undecanoate is now fully supported. Long-interval dosing from Every 3 to Every 16 Weeks is available exclusively when Nebido is selected. The fluctuation chart and Testimator both use a calibrated depot absorption model — levels rise to peak at day 7 post-injection and the Testimator timeline expands to 14 weeks to give a meaningful view of the full dosing cycle. A 5 mL syringe is set to hold the 4 mL standard volume. Community requested.
• Titration Forecasting - Dose titration schedules are now visible on compound charts, showing your planned ramping or tapering steps, target achievement date, and elimination timeline in one integrated view.
• HDL & LDL Markers - LDL Cholesterol replaces HDL as the secondary cardiovascular marker, displayed automatically when superior marker ApoB is not present in your bloodwork.
• Compound Database Updates - Dutasteride added to Advanced, BPC + TB-500 and CJC + Ipamorelin blend entries added to Peptides. Community requested.
2.8 6 Jul
• Testosterone Cream - Topical testosterone is now fully supported in My Protocol, represented as a Topi-CLICK® dispenser with +/- click buttons to adjust.
• Peptide Reconstitution Calculator - When adding a peptide, you're guided through setting concentration. Enter your vial's dry powder amount and bac water volume calculates automatically. You can override in any direction — adjust bac water to recalculate concentration, or enter a target concentration to recalculate water volume. Unusual concentrations are flagged.
• The Testimator - Significant redesign to simplify data input. Baseline Protocol is now pulled from your Testosterone details in My Protocol, Total Testosterone anchors the model from My Biomarkers, and Blood Test Timing has been added to reflect whether blood was drawn at peak or trough.
• My Bloodwork - A dedicated hub to order the TRT Plus panel, upload results, generate your AI report, and book a consult. Each step is clearly labelled to guide you through the full bloodwork cycle.
• High / Low Indicators - Each biomarker card now shows an H or L when a result falls outside TRT Plus optimised reference ranges.
• Transdermal Pharmacokinetic Models - Cream compounds use two dedicated models for transdermal delivery. Absorbed amount is calculated via a Michaelis-Menten saturation model using site-specific parameters. The Compound Plotter and PTF calculation use a Bateman bi-exponential function, producing an accurate rise-to-peak curve rather than the instantaneous depot model used for injectables.
• Testosterone Cream & Injectable Equivalent Converter - Select a weekly amount and application site to see your injectable equivalent in mg/W, using a Michaelis-Menten model with site-specific absorption ceilings and half-saturation points.
• Protocol Validation - Ensures your compounds and amounts in My Protocol reflect what you were actually taking at the time of bloodwork, before being sent to AI for interpretation.
• Chart Aesthetic Update - Charts and score gauges refined to match the glassmorphic feel of the app. Onboarding hints added.
• Order Bloodwork - Choose between Essential and Comprehensive panels, order via our pathology partners, or use the combined marker list for private ordering or to show your doctor.
• Compound Slots - My Protocol now supports up to 10 compounds, doubled from 5.
• Injection Frequency Science - The Frequency knowledge base now includes a clinical breakdown of why injection interval matters. Steady-state accumulation theory and peak-to-trough data compare protocols from fortnightly to daily. Four cited studies are linked, including Nankin 1987 and the 2025 Walia clinical review.
• E2 & DHT: The Paracrine Picture - New knowledge base section on E2 and DHT. Both are produced locally inside cells — a paracrine process — which is why plasma levels tell only part of the story, and why AIs and 5ARIs act systemically rather than at the symptom site.
• GH Secretagogues & IGF-1 Bloodwork Timing - Three new sections covering how GH secretagogues work, the liver's 4–8 hour GH-to-IGF-1 conversion window, and a compound-by-compound bloodwork timing guide.
• HDL & eGFR Markers - HDL Cholesterol and eGFR are reintroduced as secondary cardiovascular and kidney markers, shown automatically when ApoB or Cystatin C are not detected in your bloodwork.
• Cardio-Metabolic Cascade - The formula behind your personalised testosterone reference range is now documented, showing how your cardiovascular and metabolic markers cascade into your scoring thresholds.
2.7 8 May
• Personalized Testosterone Reference Range - In the context of TRT, setting a testosterone reference range based on the general slopulation misses the point entirely. Total T now scores against your own cardiovascular and haematological profile, with your personal biomarker health determining how much range you've earned.
• Hematocrit Scoring Engine Upgrade - Hematocrit now uses a dynamic threshold system driven by six cascading cardiovascular markers: Blood Pressure, ApoB, CRP, Body Fat, and HbA1c. When all six are green, the optimal Hct ceiling extends, recognising that a lean, cardiovascularly healthy individual carries materially lower risk at higher Hct than standard population thresholds imply.
• E2 Scoring Engine Upgrade - Estradiol scoring now uses the same DHT-adjusted Androgenic Load as the A:E gauge. When DHT is provided, both systems now evaluate E2 balance against the full androgenic picture.
• A:E Ratio Rescue Logic - A healthy A:E ratio can now override an elevated absolute E2 value in the amber zone. If your androgenic load is sufficient to keep the ratio in the balanced range, E2 will reflect that context rather than penalising a higher absolute number in isolation.
• A:E Gauge Zone Labels - The A:E and T:E ratio gauge now displays five clinically meaningful zone labels: Estrogenic, E2 Leaning, Balanced, E2 Low, and Androgenic. Amber states reflect directional imbalance, giving clearer context to where your ratio sits and what it means.
• E2 Modal Overhaul - Comprehensive restructure of the Estradiol info modal for improved readability. Enhanced reference range updated. New content covers gynecomastia risk factors including DHT's inhibitory role, protocol peak-to-trough imbalance, and the 5–6 month hormonal adaptation window before considering an AI. AI reference points added for enhanced and high T protocols.
• Unified Card Aesthetic - App cards redesigned with dark gradient surface, top-edge shimmer highlight, and shadow elevation.
• Improved Tappable Area - The Frequency picker now has a more reliable hit target.
2.6 3 Apr
• Classic & Advanced Mode - Switch between views using the layers icon in My Protocol. Classic mode shows your core TRT inputs. Advanced mode unlocks compound stacking, pharmacokinetic plotters, inventory management, and your full daily schedule. Your data is never affected.
• A:E Ratio - Total Androgenic Load - When DHT is entered in your biomarkers, the T:E ratio upgrades to an A:E (Androgenic Load:Estrogen) ratio for a more complete picture of hormonal balance. A:E incorporates DHT's greater androgen receptor binding affinity and longer receptor residence time versus testosterone, using an asymmetric additive model that captures both suppressed DHT states and the non-linear paracrine amplification of elevated DHT at the tissue level. Full methodology, formula, and citations are in the My Biomarkers info modal (Russell & Wilson, 1994; Langley et al., 1995).
• Medication Reminder Quick Actions - Long press or expand any notification to snooze for 15 or 30 minutes, or tap Mark as Taken to log your protocol without opening the app.
• Smartwatch Support - Quick actions are now available on Apple Watch and compatible Android smartwatches (Wear OS, Galaxy Watch, Garmin). Mark as taken or snooze from your wrist.
• Info Modals Redesigned - Cleaner horizontal layout across the app replaces the previous stacked design, giving more vertical space for content. Tappable headings now feature a guillemet suffix for improved discoverability.
• Compound Database Updates - Glow Stack, Klow Stack, and NAD+ added to Peptides.
• AI Bloodwork Report Enhancements - Tightened report structure with a new composite Anabolic Potential Rating, plus two new sections: Cardiovascular Risk Profile (Clogging Quartet framework) and Healthspan Assessment. Growth Hormone analysis now adapts to your active protocol.
• App Icon & Splash Screen Redesign - New liquid glass-style icon and splash screen designed for iOS 26 and modern Android aesthetics.
• Liquid Glass Tab Navigator - Bottom tab bar redesigned with a liquid glass treatment consistent with the new icon aesthetic.
• Display Layout Optimisation - Full layout refactor for consistent experience across all tablet devices and larger mobile form factors.
• Blood Test Scanning Enhancements - OCR now reliably detects DHT across a wider range of lab report formats, including Androstanolone, 5a-DHT, and related naming conventions.
• Free T Import - A new Import button in My Free T pulls Total T and SHBG values directly from My Biomarkers, eliminating manual entry.
• Testimator Import & Export - Import your Baseline Protocol from My Protocol and My Biomarkers directly into The Testimator. Export your Target Protocol back to My Protocol.
• Timezone-Aware Scheduling - Your injection and medication schedule automatically stays in sync when you travel or change timezone.
• Enhanced Navigation - Tapping a medication reminder notification navigates directly to the relevant compound. Tapping a compound in the daily dashboard scrolls to and opens its widget details.
• Syringe Preference Saved - Your selected syringe is now remembered across app launches.
• Peak & Trough Toast Notifications - A toast notification confirms when the peak or trough flag is updated against a blood test entry in My Biomarkers.
• Injection Guide - Updated knowledge base covering TRT protocol evolution, a Deep IM / Shallow IM / SubQ comparison table, and site-specific techniques for ventroglute, deltoid, lat, glute, and quad, cited studies (Gunes et al. 2013, Nakajima et al. 2020, Figueiredo et al. 2022).
2.5 17 Mar
