A small fix to how subscription access works. If you've subscribed to tonen before but aren't subscribed now, you'll see the free version — with the scripts you've saved still available to you. Thank you for using tonen.

tonen is now free to try. You get 21 scripts across work, family, health, education and social, plus breathing and grounding tools and one go with the Perspective Helper. Premium opens everything else. If you've subscribed to tonen before, you keep full access to the whole library. We've also fixed a problem where some people couldn't get past the sign-up screen, and one where saved scripts didn't always show up.

We hope you're all enjoying tonen and it's making your lives less stressful. We've made some tiny design improvements that you may not notice at first glance, but were needed.

tonen 2.0 — a gentler, quieter version of the app you already use. We rebuilt the home screen so your scripts are easier to find when you actually need them. The Calm Kit is new: short breathing and grounding exercises, plus a one-tap emergency screen with a wave that breathes with you. The Situation Helper now reads your situations more carefully and gives you a clearer reply. Profile and onboarding got softer too — fewer prompts, more space.
