Fixed some issues related to calls, sub-accounts and chats.

Group admins can now promote members to admins or remove their admin rights. When you're added to a group chat, you'll only receive one notification until you open it, helping reduce spam. We've also improved the UI for sub-account creation.

You can now invite up to 20 friends to join Thunderbolt even if they don’t have a domain. Just go to Settings > Sub-accounts management, create a sub-account under your domain, and send them an invite. Additionally, we've fixed several issues with sending media files.
