Auto-renewals terms:
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 1 month prior before the renewal date.
Cancellation info:
- You may cancel your TheNoor Pro subscription at any time through your account settings in the Noor app or via the relevant payment platform Apple App Store.
- If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to TheNoor Pro features until the end of the current billing cycle. However, no refunds or partial reimbursements will be issued for unused time. If you cancel after a renewal payment has been processed, your membership will remain active until the end of that billing period.
- TheNoor Pro benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered subscriber.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription without notice if there is a failed payment, suspected fraudulent activity, or a violation of these Terms.
