The Blend is located in Monarch Bay Plaza along the Pacific Coast Highway in Dana Point, California. Overlooking the Pacific Ocean, with spectacular views of Salt Creek Beach and Catalina Island, The Blend’s ultra luxurious studio provides students with an escape from the every day and an opportunity to practice with some of the best instructors in Orange County.
The Studio’s signature class, The Blend, combines a unique fusion of yoga, mat pilates and HIIT for a workout that will challenge, addict and excite participants. In addition to The Blend, students can participate in a variety of different yoga and mat pilates classes as well.
