WHAT IS TABATA?
In 1996, Dr. Izumi Tabata published a study showing that 20 seconds of maximum effort followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated 8 times (~4 minutes), dramatically improves VO₂max. That exact 20:10 × 8 format is the heart of this app.
