Welcome to SUPERSET, Denver, CO’s premier boutique strength training studio. At 2,000 sq. ft., our intimate gym offers weightlifting classes capped at just 10 participants, giving every member the personalized attention they deserve.
Our open-space layout allows expert trainers to closely monitor your form, track your progress, and provide hands-on coaching throughout each session.
Each station is fully equipped with a NUBell dumbbell set, weight plates, and the advanced C-10 multifunctional trainer—so you’ll always have everything you need for a safe, effective, and challenging workout. Surrounded by large mirrors, you’ll refine technique, deepen your mind-body connection, and maximize results with confidence.
At SUPERSET, you’ll never feel lost in a crowded class. Our community-driven atmosphere ensures you get the focus of personal training with the energy of a group session. Whether you’re building lower body strength, toning your upper body, or working total-body power, our programming is designed to push you while keeping form and safety front and center.
