Steppy helps you turn daily movement into a simple habit. Connect Apple Health to see today's steps, progress toward your daily goal, weekly averages, lifetime totals, trends, and Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets. Add friends with a code, QR scan, or invite link. Compare daily progress, head-to-head history, recent trends, and the Global Top 5. Your health data stays under your control. When step sharing is on, accepted friends can see your shared step summary and your profile may appear in the signed-in Global Top 5. Turn sharing off at any time, report or block profiles, and delete your account and cloud data in Settings. HealthKit background delivery and widget refresh timing are managed by iOS, so updates are frequent when the system permits but not continuous or guaranteed. Steppy supports wellness and friendly motivation. It is not intended for diagnosis or treatment.
