This version adds the ability to share reports to any installed app, and allows downloading reports to the device. Additional fixes and improvements to code.

Fixed issue with percentile score on 2 subtests.

Fixed issue with trails sub-test causing number/letter to not show correctly. Simplified registration section now only requires certain fields be completed. Added PIN verification to ensure users know unlock PIN prior to test administration. Added pop up warning to notify users if email not configured on iPad, which would result in user not being able to send report.
