It is not built to push you to do more.
It is built to help you move through today with more clarity.
If your to-do list often feels too loud, or if you simply want a quieter way to begin the day, SoloDay gives you a clean space to ask: how do I want to be today?

Start each day by setting one clear intention. Choose from gentle suggestions, write your own, or privately generate one when you need a starting point.
↓ Do, steadily
Add today's real tasks to Do. It is a calm list, not a crowded command center. Add durations, start a focus timer, and work on one thing at a time.
↓ A space for Future
Not every idea belongs in today. Keep future plans, notes, reminders, and passing thoughts in Future, then move them into Do when the time is right.
↓ End with reflection
Close the day with a short reflection. What felt steady? What are you grateful for? What can you let go of? Your writing stays private.
↓ Weather, light, and daily rhythm
SoloDay brings together today's weather, hourly temperature, precipitation, UV, moon phase, and small daily cues. Not as a dense dashboard, but as context for the day you are living.

Your settings, daily intentions, reflections, Do, and Future sync through iCloud across your devices. You can also export past intentions when you want to look back.

Glance at year progress from the Home Screen widget. During a focus session, follow your timer quietly from the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island.
