Social Battery Life helps you understand how everyday social life affects your energy—with a simple battery you update yourself. Your social battery See at a glance how full or drained you feel. Log what you do, and the app shows how each kind of moment tends to charge you up or wear you down. Log what actually happened Record social moments—like one-on-one time, small groups, parties, meetings, and family time—as well as recovery activities such as sleep and exercise. Note how long it lasted and how draining or recharging it felt. Add your own custom activity types with a subscription. Spot patterns over time Insights and calendar-style views make it easier to notice trends: busy stretches, recovery wins, and what your weeks really look like. Tuned to you A short onboarding survey shapes the experience for introverts, ambiverts, and extroverts. Optionally turn on a burnout-aware theme so accent colors gently shift with your recent average energy (you can disable this in Settings). Gentle nudges Optional local reminders can prompt you to log. They are scheduled on your device, not through a remote push service. Private by design No account required. Your logs, name, and preferences stay on your device. We don’t run analytics or ads in the app. Subscription Full access is included with a monthly subscription. New subscribers may start with a 7-day free trial where the store offers it; after that, billing is monthly until you cancel in your App Store account settings. Use Restore purchases on the subscribe screen if you reinstall or change devices.
