On slower connections the ball would sometimes fly up or behind the player instead of toward the goal — including on bicycle kicks. • If your connection drops during a download, the game now resumes from where it stopped instead of starting over. • Protection against half-downloaded files. • Stability fixes.

OPENING MATCH: your first game starts right away. You step onto the pitch against a star while the rest of the game finishes installing in the background. • Rebuilt tutorial: each step only advances when you actually do it — the shot counts when it becomes a goal. • The bicycle-kick ball now drops straight down behind you, with time to line it up. • Online: players and ball in the same instant, no sliding or skating. • Various stability fixes.

Online play was rebuilt from the inside: both players and the ball now come from the server, so the match is exactly the same on both screens. • No more position corrections — nobody slides, skates or jumps out of place. • Players and ball are always at the same instant: shots and headers actually connect. • The game measures your connection during the match and adapts on its own, instead of using a fixed value. • Nobody "walks off on their own" when the connection stutters.

Stability fixes — thanks to everyone who reported these! • Fixed the freeze when claiming an achievement and when tapping CONTINUE at the end of a match. A celebration effect was left running in the background and kept slowing the game down until it stopped responding. • Character downloads: the progress bar now shows real progress instead of sitting at 0%. If the connection drops midway, the game retries by itself instead of waiting forever — this is what stopped some online matches from ever starting. • The end-of-match ad no longer blocks the CONTINUE button if it fails to open.
