Snooker Scoreboard: Cue Score
Scorer, Breaks, Frames & Stats
Free · In-App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Tap the ball that went down. Cue scores it, handles fouls correctly, and keeps your breaks, head-to-heads and club tournaments. Points remaining, always on screen.
Score a frame the way you play one: tap the ball. Cue does the arithmetic, knows the rules, and never loses your highest break.
TAP THE BALL THAT WENT DOWN
Seven real balls across the bottom of the screen. Tap the one that was potted and Cue adds it to the break. Only the ball that is actually on will respond, so you cannot put a colour down after a colour by mistake. After the last red the strip collapses to the colours in order, each one disappearing as it goes. Undo is always there and steps back through everything, including fouls and the end of a frame.
CORRECT TO THE RULES
The rules are the feature. Fouls award four, five, six or seven to your opponent automatically: pick the ball involved, say whether a red left the table or a free ball was given, and Cue works out the penalty before you commit it. Free ball, miss with the balls replaced, the colour after the last red, the re-spotted black on a level frame: all handled, all the right way round. Points remaining and snookers required sit on screen the whole time, which is the number every club player is quietly working out in their head.
THE NUMBERS PLAYERS ACTUALLY QUOTE
Average break and points per visit, kept apart because they are different questions: one is what you make when you score, the other divides by every trip to the table including the blank ones. A break-building spread from 20 up to the century, so you can see where your scoring stops rather than guessing. All-time highest break leaderboard with the date and the opponent attached, career stats for everyone who plays, and a full head-to-head record against anyone.
CLUB NIGHTS AND A SEASON TABLE
Pick three to thirty-two players, choose a knockout or a round robin, and Cue draws it. Byes handled, brackets updated as results come in. Then keep a season across all of them: two points for a win or a point a frame, whichever your club plays, with the table kept for you. Matches between members count towards it on their own, so nobody has to remember to write anything down. Send the table out as a spreadsheet or a printable page when somebody asks for it.
PRACTISE ON YOUR OWN
Nobody to play? Three drills, scored by the same engine, with your best at each one kept. A six-red line-up short enough to go again straight away, the colours for a clearance, or the full table for the highest break you can make.
TABLE-SIDE EXTRAS
Any match length from a single frame to a best of 35, so a club night and a world final are both a scoreboard away. An optional shot timer for players who want tour-style pace. Result cards for the group chat. Frames of six, ten or fifteen reds for shorter club games. And rotate the phone for a big score view that reads from across the room on a propped-up phone or tablet.
PRIVATE, AND ON ALL YOUR DEVICES
No account and no sign-up. Your frames sync through your own iCloud, so they are on your tablet as well as your phone and they survive a new phone or a reinstall. Nothing is sent to us and nothing is shared with anyone: it is your iCloud, not ours. Turn iCloud off and Cue keeps working, on that phone alone.
Cue is a scoreboard for players and clubs. It follows standard snooker scoring and is not affiliated with any governing body, tour or organisation.
TRY EVERYTHING FREE FOR 7 DAYS
Cue Premium unlocks every feature above, and the first 7 days are free. Weekly, yearly or a one-off lifetime purchase, whichever suits. The scorer and the full rules engine stay free forever either way, so you can keep scoring frames without paying anything at all.
