The 12-month Specific Support Programs provided include Parenthood and Career, Female Leadership, Menopause and Pregnancy Loss, Monthly Cycle, and Fertility Journeys. The program aims to improve employees' health, emotional, and overall well-being by combining peer-to-peer support, expert sessions, coaching, and mindfulness. Our unique program is designed to reduce stress, build resilience, enable personal growth and confidence, and to feel healthier throughout life's challenges.
