LEAD WITH MY BRIEF Let your own wind, swell and tide take the headline. The rating steps down a line, never away — and takes it back on an hour it reads as Not suitable. CALM WATER READS AS CALM WATER Sheltered spots no longer borrow the open coast's swell.
