This update adds new drawing tools, fixes a major bug with the zoom behavior, and a new background option for image slides Straight Line Tool Tap the ruler icon in the toolbar to lock your pencil to perfectly straight lines. Lines are always exactly horizontal or vertical, and they draw with the same weight and feel as the regular pencil tool. Shape Drawing Tools Draw circles, triangles, and arrows directly onto any slide by dragging with your pencil. Select a shape from the shapes button in the toolbar, then drag to place it. The stroke weight matches whichever pencil thickness you have selected. Blurred Background for Image Slides When inserting a photo as a slide, a new "Blurred Background" option fills the background with a blurred, zoomed version of your image — great for portrait photos or non-widescreen content. Zoom Stays Put When Resizing If you zoom into a slide and then open, close, or resize the slide drawer, the slide stays at the same zoom level and position. No more snapping back to fit. Drawing Tools Persist Across Slides Shape and line drawing modes now stay active when you navigate to the next or previous slide, so you don't have to reselect your tool on every slide. Shape Button Shows Active Tool When a shape is selected, the toolbar button updates to show the icon of the active shape — circle, triangle, or arrow — so you always know what you're about to draw.

It's placed on a clean white background and added as a full slide — no extra apps needed. AirPlay Status Banner When you connect to an external display, a confirmation banner lets you know the connection is live. If you're presenting without a connection, a subtle warning keeps you informed so there are no surprises. Duplicate Slide Long-press any slide in the drawer to duplicate it in place. Tap it to choose from the preset swatches or dial in any color you want using the full color wheel. Your color choice is remembered between sessions. Side-by-Side Slide Navigator A new layout option lets you keep the slide drawer open alongside your presentation at all times. Resize the split to your liking by dragging the divider bar, and the layout persists exactly where you left it. Drawer & Slide Position Memory The slide drawer remembers whether you had it open or closed, and SermonSlides remembers which slide you were on when you close a presentation. Come back and pick up right where you left off. Improved Slide Thumbnails Thumbnails in the slide drawer are sharper on Retina displays, and drawings you've added appear live in the thumbnail view. Settings Panel Tap the gear icon on the home screen to access app settings, including the drawer layout option and links to support and privacy policy.
