Grocery stores are all fun and games until you trip and fall on some spilled milk someone left in the middle of the aisle!
As an employee, it is part of your job to make sure the store is tidy for you, your coworkers, and for the customers. In See It, Own It, you must keep an eye out for issues.
In a series of environments, you will look for safety concerns, customers who need help, problems with food or shelves, and other issues around the area. Keep a watchful eye, and if you see it, own it!
