The old IMDb data source shut down, so RoleCall now runs on The Movie Database (TMDB) — and shows a lot more than before. • Full title pages for movies, series and episodes: overview, age rating, cast and crew, keywords, trailers, studios, box office, collections and recommendations • Where to Watch — streaming, rental and purchase availability in your region • Richer actor profiles with biographies, photo galleries, external links and ranked filmographies • TV episodes now show the series name and "S2 E5 · Episode Title" in the now-playing card • TMDB rating chip and a Full details link on the now-playing card • Results are cached on device, so revisiting a title loads instantly No API key required — RoleCall falls back to your Plex server's own metadata. Add a free TMDB API Read Access Token in Settings to unlock the extended data; it's stored in the Keychain and sent only to TMDB. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
