- Welcome to Liquid Glass. Rock Mapper now follows Apple's new design language for iOS / iPadOS 26. - New Digital Geological Compass. Use your iPad to capture orientation measurements for planes and lineaments (e.g., lithological contacts or intersection lineations). - Pan and Zoom for face pictures. You can now zoom into face photographs, and pan to the left wall, right wall and roof / backs. Double tap to maximise view. - Sample Bag ID Scanner. Instead of manually entering IDs printed onto sample bags, scan them using the iPad's camera. - Pictures and Attributes for POIs. Assign a picture and customisable attributes to POIs. Great for (geotechnical) inspections. - Edit Settings. All annotation layers, report fields and attributes can now be edited or duplicated. Simply long press to open contextual menu.
