Set an alarm with a mission Pick a wake time and attach a mission — like photographing a specific target (your sink, the bathroom, your shoes by the door). 2. Decide how tough to be — in advance You choose the difficulty while you’re clear-headed, so your half-asleep self doesn’t get a vote. 3. When it rings, there’s no way out No snooze. No dismiss. Robin keeps going until the mission is done — you have to get up to make it stop. 4. Complete the mission to silence it Photograph the target. A vision model verifies you actually did it — not a screenshot, not a guess. 5.
