RepGate locks the apps that pull you in — and only unlocks them when you've actually moved.
Most "screen time" apps just nag you or ask you to trust a timer. RepGate is different: it uses Apple's real Screen Time controls to lock the apps you choose, and a real on-device camera to count a set of exercises before it lets you back in. No trust required — it watches you do the reps.
