- Manage upcoming sessions from the app, with credits returned automatically when a session is cancelled in time
JACOB, THE CLUB CONCIERGE
- Ask for studio time in plain language - Jacob checks what's free and books the room for you
- Booking spends your studio credits, so Jacob reads back the room, time and cost and gets your confirmation first
- Look up your bookings and credit balance, or ask club questions: hours, rooms, gear, policies
- Pass a message to the team - it goes into the club's queue for a person to read and send
CLASSES & EXPERIENCES
- Reserve wellness and fitness classes
- RSVP to listening sessions, member nights and club experiences
- Your membership card is always on you - check in at the door with a QR code
MEMBERSHIP & CREDITS
- Track your studio credit balance and loyalty progress
