Embark on a massive journey across 100+ stages in this fitness RPG! Your workout reps power your attacks. Smash out squats, press-ups, crunches, and planks to defeat enemies and bosses waiting for you in beautifully themed worlds. Clear stages to earn EXP and level up your pet to make them even stronger. Catch & Collect
When you defeat an enemy in battle, there's a chance to recruit them to your team as a usable pet! Every creature you catch is recorded in your Creature Dex—an illustrated catalogue of your journey. With over 100 creatures to find, can you collect them all?
Special Quests
Hit your fitness milestones, like keeping up a multi-day streak or reaching a total rep count, to unlock limited-time battles against rare, special monsters.
Just a few squats or press-ups are enough to level up your team. Skip a day, and your buddy might look a bit lonely! You don't need any special equipment or a gym membership—just get moving at home and watch your creatures grow.
■ What you can do for free
• Daily mini-quests: 5 squats, 10 press-ups. Done in just 60 seconds.
• Reps are automatically counted by on-device AI (your camera feed never leaves your phone).
• Raise and care for your pet up to Level 2 (Baby stage).
• Track your daily workout streaks.
• Accept invites from friends to exercise together live.
■ How to play
1. Choose your creature.
2. Point the camera at yourself and start exercising. The on-device AI counts your reps.
3. Earn EXP to level up your buddy and watch your daily streak grow!

Unlock the full experience with TrainWiz Pro.
• Let your pet evolve past Level 2, growing into teen and fully-grown adult forms.
• Send live workout invites to your friends (it's free for them to accept and join).
■ Plans and Pricing
TrainWiz Pro is available as a monthly or yearly subscription. New users get a 3-day free trial. Prices are displayed in the App Store in your local currency.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
