More time, more tools, more wellbeing: now up to 4 hours every 7 days, tracking with charts and a brand-new, multilingual experience. Let yourself be amazed.
psAico is there when you need it: it listens to you, it answers you, it stays with you. It is far more than a simple chatbot, and very different from a self-help book.
Designed by Dr. Michele Facci, psychologist and psychotherapist, psAico supports your wellbeing through cognitive behavioural techniques and strategies: an approach that is simple, effective and grounded in scientific evidence. It is the artificial intelligence that helps you live well in the real world.
It is not a generic chatbot: it is built to help you understand yourself better, develop strategies that genuinely support your wellbeing and reflect constructively, rather than simply always agreeing with you.
You can try it free for 20 minutes, within 24 hours of your first sign-in. If you like it, you can subscribe for €12.99/month (or the equivalent in your local currency) and get up to 4 hours of use every 7 days, available 24 hours a day.
With psAico you can also track your wellbeing over time through periodic questionnaires and charts that show how your results change, helping you understand your progress. You can also save the messages that matter most, so you can find them again whenever you need them.
If you are in psychotherapy, your therapist can follow you between sessions too, if you wish. From your profile you can link your psychologist or psychiatrist to psAico: from then on they can see your questionnaires and how they change over time, a summary of your journey and your conversations from the last thirty days. The invitation can only come from you, it is addressed to one named professional and you can revoke it whenever you like: no professional can look you up or ask for access first. This feature is available in Italy only.
The app is available in Italian, English, Spanish, French and German, and is on the App Store in more than 80 countries.
SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE AND PROFESSIONAL ETHICS
The Italian National Council of Psychologists has rightly pointed out that artificial intelligence “cannot replace the human psychologist”, but that it can “promote wellbeing, collect and monitor data, spread information”. That is exactly the spirit of psAico: to foster awareness, to share techniques and strategies that are useful for everyday psychological wellbeing, and to help people manage their thoughts and emotions better. The aim is to offer a space for reflection and personal growth, where you can try practical exercises and self-help activities and monitor your wellbeing over time.
It can be a real help both for people who are not following any psychological programme and for those already in psychotherapy. In the latter case, it is always important to talk it through with your own psychotherapist.
