This update is mostly fixes, and these are some of them: • Fixed an issue where reminders could suddenly stop appearing in the Reminders tab until the app was restarted. • Custom and repeating reminders hold up better across time zone changes, when you edit a reminder, and when you rename or regroup a list. • Changing your reminder sound now applies to reminders you've already set. • Fixed an app freeze when adding a new prayer group.

We fixed issues that could prevent some reminders from being delivered as expected, plus some other smaller bugs.

Improved reminder reliability. Some of you let us know that certain reminders were not being delivered. This update includes fixes for that issue.

Version 1.4 brings a full Bible reader to Prayminder, powered by YouVersion. Bible reading: Read the entire Bible in your own language, with many translations to choose from and more being added over time. You can also save scripture directly to your prayers, so verses stay with you as you pray. Reminders and other improvements: Repeating reminders are healthier and recover after gaps or device restarts. Reminders now rotate through your prayers more fairly. We also made several smaller design improvements and fixed bugs across the app.

One of the most requested features is here: you can now set custom prayer times for your reminders. Choose exactly when certain reminders should appear, whether that is beginning every morning with a prayer of surrender, ending each week with a prayer of gratitude and reflection, or placing a one-time prayer before an important event or milestone. Your selected prayers will show up at the times you define, while the rest of your reminders can continue to rotate as usual. This update gives you more freedom to shape your prayer rhythm around your real life, helping you return to Christ at the moments you need it most.

This is optional and can be enabled from settings.

Reminders from previous days are now visible again in the Reminders view, making it easy to return and pray for anything you may have missed.

- You asked for it: you can now pray at your own pace, and mark a prayer with Amen from inside the prayer view itself, whenever you’re ready. - A new Stats section lets you look back and see how prayer has taken shape in your year so far. See how much you’ve prayed in 2025 by tapping the graph icon at the top of the Reminders view, and get a first glimpse of what’s coming next, starting with your overall lifetime prayer count. - The reminder engine has been completely rebuilt, making daily notifications more reliable, fair, and consistent. - The Notification Center is now cleaner. When you mark a reminder as prayed inside the app, the corresponding notification is automatically cleared. - An improved Reminders view now groups what you’ve already prayed for, and what’s still waiting for your attention. - You will also notice new messages in the Reminders view to accompany your daily journey: a fresh start when a new day begins, a gentle word when you have caught up with today’s reminders, and a sense of completion when you have prayed through the day. - The prayer view has been simplified. Prayer status and group selections now live inside a new Settings section, keeping the focus on prayer itself. - As always, there are small fixes and refinements behind the scenes, helping everything run a little more smoothly.

Fixed an issue in iOS 16 that made some text labels to disappear. Now they're back!

Are you an iPad user? Prayminder now comes with a more tablet-friendly design! This is only the beginning of iPad support, if you find any issues please use the contact form inside the app to let us know. And in case you missed it, in the last update we also added support for Swedish and Greek in the app.

We're happy to announce that Prayminder is now translated in Swedish and Greek. Would you like to see it translated to your language too? Send us an email and let us know (and perhaps helps us with the translation too!). Also, you can now clear all reminders from the Reminders view. Just tap on the icon at the top (three dots) to access the menu with the option to clear all.

We fixed some issues! Also, opening the app from a notification now takes you to the reminders tab as it used to.

We're super excited to release this new version that we've been working on for a while now and have put a lot of love in! Here's what's new: * Re-designed the whole app with a new warm, minimal style that comes with a new app icon. * Answered prayers - We added support for the most requested feature! You can now mark your prayers as answered and keep a praise log of all past prayers that God has answered. * Archived prayers - You can also archive prayers you don't want to receive reminders for, without having to delete them. * Prayer details - Each prayer now has its own page with a title as well as more details, so you can write more information about what you're praying for. * Bugs fixed - We re-wrote almost the entire app from scratch so no more issues with renaming or deleting prayers.

* Notification sounds * Prayminder is all about reminders and now you can choose from over a variety of twenty different options for how reminders will sound. Open the Settings page in the app and find the right kind of bell, chime or pling that signals to you 'it's time to pray!'. Sounds good?
