Pocket Banker by BOQ is a fast and secure way for you to complete a BOQ lending application. Once you’ve received an invitation from your BOQ lender, download the app to instantly chat and share your application documents with them at a time and place that’s convenient to you.

• Easily instant message your BOQ lender and get notifications when they’ve replied, just like all your other chat apps
• Receive audio and video calls, giving you a direct line to your BOQ lender
• Share important information and documents in relation to your lending application
• Share your screen when on a video call
• Set reminders and to-do lists so you don’t forget important dates or tasks
How to get started
1. When starting a lending application, ask your BOQ lender if you can connect with them on Pocket Banker
2. Your lender will send you a unique invitation link to set up an account
3. Once you’ve setup your account, download this app, log-in and you’ll be connected straight to them
