What's New • My exercises — any exercise you write into a class is now kept in your personal library: add a photo, reuse it in any class, search by name. • Set a family and an intensity on an exercise and randomly generated flows take it into account. • Reminders — schedule your sessions (days + time): tapping the notification opens the right flow. • Backups now carry your personal library and its photos.
