Photo Size Compressor JPG is a lightweight local utility for application forms, exams, credentials, school systems, and document upload workflows. It helps turn an existing photo into a JPG with target pixel dimensions, crop ratio, and file size, then shows whether the output is within the selected target.
Choose a photo from the system photo picker, then adjust the crop by dragging, pinching to zoom, rotating left or right by 90 degrees, and resetting the position when needed. Select a preset, or use Pro to enter custom width, height, and target kilobytes. After generation, the result screen shows output dimensions, file size, JPEG quality, and target status. You can save the JPG to Photos or share it with the system share sheet.
